Is there hotel accommodation?

Yes. Click the link (https://book.passkey.com/go/Mistletoe24) to view the special room rates just for this event. Availability is limited.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail dress up, suite/tie, upscale evening attire. No athletic gear or tennis shoes. Come dress to impress.

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

No ticket sales will be available at the door. All ticket sales to the public will be pre-sale through an online platform.

Can I decorate my table?

Yes! It is a Mistletoe tradition to decorate your table at the event. Doors will open by 12pm for you to set up.

I bought a $85 single ticket, will I have a place to sit?

All $85 single purchases come with a seat at a 10-seat table.

I bought a $75 single ticket, will I have a place to sit?

$75 ticket purchases are for General Admission starting at 10 p.m. These tickets do not guarantee seating at a table. General seating will be available on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No, no outside food or drink will be permitted.

Will dinner be served?

No, it is recommended that you eat a full meal prior to the event. We will be serving small dinner-plated food options, but no full-course meals.

Will there be a cash bar for alcoholic drinks?

Yes, but the cash bars will only take credit card purchases. No physical cash transactions.

Can I get a refund after I purchased tickets or table?

No refunds are available after purchase. If there is an issue, please reach out to Mistletoe leadership via email at ARLMistletoe@gmail.com

Where do I park if I am not staying in the hotel?

There is plenty of parking close to the Convention Center. However, it is advised to pre-pay for parking before the Mistletoe due to other events happening on the same weekend. Here are some options at the Greater Columbus Convention Center (columbusconventions.com). After you pre-pay for parking, you'll be sent a QR code to use upon arrival at the garage.
